So much better looking than Land Rovers of the ‘90s! Fortunately for consumers Land Rover, along with Saab and many other European auto manufacturers, finally decided to replace their finely tuned ugly-ass vehicles with a body-style much more aesthetic. As everyone knows, Land Rover has built the finest sport utility vehicle (SUV) dating back many decades; but until recently no one wanted to be seen driving such a grotesque box-shaped vehicle that appeared to belong in the heart of Africa waiting to be boarded for some elephant hunting tourist’s safari.

The Supercharged Range Rover isn’t necessarily built for high speeds or handling tight corners, even though its name would suggest so. It will accelerate off the line fairly quickly, taking its passengers from zero to sixty in only 6.6 short seconds. While this statistic doesn’t necessarily compare with similarly priced sports cars, being taken to sixty miles per hour that quickly, in a large vehicle, definitely is exciting.
